Our Story

Windrock Enterprises was founded 31 years ago by the father and son team of David & Patrick Gallaher. Born from a vision to serve the growing convenience store segment, Windrock was built to give small independent businesses to larger multi-unit operators access to the same caliber of end-to-end design, procurement and project execution typically reserved for large corporate chains. Our sweet spot is operators & General Contractors who want one trusted partner to handle everything. . Our customers & projects include:

• Convenience stores (our founding segment)
• Quick service and fast casual restaurants
• Bars, Hotels and entertainment venues
• Any food and beverage establishment — new builds, remodels, or equipment upgrades

Windrock sold to the CES Family of Companies in December 2024 and has quickly grown capacity to service customers across 12 states with our Cornerstone solution. Cornerstone is the operational backbone behind Windrock Enterprises — the network of warehouse, logistics, equipment sourcing, and service technician assets that Windrock can leverage through the CES Family of Companies providing our customers scale, efficiency, and flexibility.
