The PR93B-D6 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR93B-D6 includes (12) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size pans, 4″ deep (can accept 6″ deep pans). Equipped with drawer slides constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with durable delrin rollers. A 93″ x 19″ x 0.5″ thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube.
